The inflatable work platform is used for maintenance, inspection and repair in industrial dryers where there is no fixed work floor and internal scaffolding is impractical or time-consuming. The platform provides a stable, temporary work floor at the desired height and enables safe working in enclosed industrial installations.

Working in dryers with restricted access

Industrial dryers are often tall, with limited internal space and access via manholes or inspection hatches. In these situations, traditional scaffolding requires a lot of set-up time, limits the available working space and increases the complexity of maintenance work.

The inflatable work platform is brought in as a compact package through the manhole and inflated on site. This creates a stable work floor without anchoring it to the wall of the dryer.

Technical operation

After positioning, the platform clamps itself against the inner wall of the dryer by means of controlled air pressure. This results in a stable, load-bearing structure that is suitable for persons and tools.

The work surface is flat and non-slip and can be used at different heights, depending on the location of the work within the dryer.

Application in maintenance and inspection
