For owners and facility managers who want a well-founded long-term maintenance plan, we carry out condition assessments to the Dutch standard NEN 2767. It records the condition of the roof or membrane structure in a fixed, comparable way: a condition score per component, defects by severity, extent and intensity, and advice on which measures are needed and when.

The report includes

• an overview drawing numbering all cushions or fabric panels;
• the condition of each component, with photos;
• for ETFE cushion roofs, the air supply unit: blowers, dryer, pipework, controls and measured pressures;
• maintenance advice for the years ahead, usable for your long-term maintenance plan to NEN 2766.

• CEN/TS 19102: design and calculation of membrane structures; new cushions and fabrics in a renovation are checked against it.

How we record everything

Every maintenance project has its own file in our maintenance system. For each visit we record:

• when: the date of inspection and execution;
• who: which technician or inspector did the work;
• what and how: which components were checked, what was measured (pressures, pretension, tightening torques) and which measures were taken;
• photos: per cushion, fabric panel or component, traceable to the numbering on the overview drawing.

At every following visit we can see immediately what was found and done last time, and as the owner you can always present the maintenance history of your roof, for example to an insurer, a buyer or with a warranty claim.
