The BICS^® vehicle screens are made of a very strong, tough, airtight and transparent film produced in Europe.

Although the foil is very strong, flexible and stretchable, it is possible that the foil will be damaged or the inflatable tube will get punctured.

A puncture - just like a flat bicycle tire - is very easy to repair. You can see how this works in the photos below.
