Presentation dish for Bolenius

Buitink Technology already delivered many arrangements for Bolenius Restaurant in Amsterdam. E.g. we delivered a patio cover for this modern restaurant. But also we delivered the internal tensed ceiling, all produced in our warehouse in Duiven.

Appearance

The Bolenius kitchen is innovative, advanced, original and, altogether with its modern interior, contributes to the culinary experience of the "New Amsterdam" cooking. Since image plays a major role in perceiving the character of the restaurant, every renovation must fit in the whole picture.

Entirely based on the "interior" and "exterior" style of Bolenius Amsterdam, Buitink Technology designed a presentation tableau or mock-up model for one of the restaurant's dishes. The typical model consists of a hygenic fabric, which is stretched on a stainless steel frame. The size of the model is 60 x 47cm, but because of its "light weight" design and beauty it is not overwhelming and can easily be accepted as a piece of art on the table.
